PPP approves Bilawal's name for prime minister slot

LAHORE (Dunya News) - Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) on Wednesday approved Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s name as candidate for prime minister slot during the Central Executive Committee (CEC) of the party in Lahore, Dunya News reported.
The name of Bilawal Bhutto as candidate for prime minister spot was tabled by the PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari which was approved by the participants Central Executive Committee meeting.
Talking on this occasion, PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that my nomination for the Prime Minister slot has been approved by the Executive Committee. He thanked the CEC and Asif Zardari for reposing confidence in him.
Bilawal Bhutto said that the PPP will launch the election campaign for the Feb 8, 2024 elections in all four provinces. He said that the PPP has always contested the elections according to its manifesto and its ideology.
